The sort of information Stonex may gather from you will be determined by the conditions under which it is obtained. If you do not disclose all required personal data to Stonex, we may be unable to assist you or offer you our products and/or services, but you may not be able to participate in our promotions, contests, or any loyalty programmes whatsoever.

We will gather personal data directly from you wherever possible.
