Measure an existing ring
- Choose a ring that fits the intended finger.
- Measure its inside diameter across the widest point.
- Match the diameter in millimetres to the chart.
Measure your finger
- Wrap a non-stretch paper strip around the finger.
- Mark where the ends meet.
- Measure the length in millimetres.
- Match it to the inside-circumference column.
- Measure near the end of the day, and avoid unusually hot or cold fingers.
