Single, double or triple twist

Twist pieces in greenstone (pounamu) come as single, double or triple twists, and a few combine the twist with a koru shape. A single twist is the simplest outline. Double and triple twists have more loops and look fuller.

Earrings are a good share of the range, with greenstone twists hanging from sterling silver hooks. Drops run from about 20mm to 34mm long, so check the length if you prefer a small earring.

Pendants vary in size, up to a 75mm triple twist, and one single twist is engraved. Colour and markings differ from stone to stone, so each piece will look slightly different from the next.

Wipe it with a soft cloth, avoid knocks against hard surfaces, and take it off for heavy work or sport. Natural oils from wearing it are fine and can deepen its lustre over time.

Can I return an item?
