A Figaro chain repeats a pattern of short links followed by one longer link. This page lists men’s and unisex Figaro chains in gold and sterling silver; each listing gives the metal, the link pattern, the width and the available lengths.

Reading a Figaro chain listing
Figaro listings use a short code for the link rhythm. 1+1 or 1/1 means long and short links alternate evenly. 3+1 or 1/3 means three short links come before each long one, which is the classic Figaro look.
The number in a code such as FD40, FD80 or FBSFD150 is the gauge, and in these codes a higher number means a larger link. Some titles also give the width in millimetres, such as 2.40mm.
Finish changes how the chain catches the light. Diamond-cut and flat bevelled chains have flattened, faceted links that sparkle more, while two-sided and six-sided chains are cut on a set number of faces.
Check the catch as well. Some chains close with a bolt ring and others with a lobster clasp, which is larger and easier to grip. What chain length should I choose?
As a guide, about 40–45 cm sits at the collarbone, 50–55 cm falls just below it, and 60 cm or longer sits lower on the chest. Chains that come in lengths have a Length Guide on the product page, with centimetres and inches.

Can I return an item?
