Many rings here are signets, and the top is what people see most. Titles give its size in millimetres, from around 10mm to 17mm, and its shape: oval, square, cushion or rectangular. A large oval or cushion top makes a bold piece, while a narrow rectangular top is more low-key.
Not every ring is a signet. Many are listed as wedding bands, which suit someone who wants silver for everyday wear. Cubic zirconia is the most common stone, and a set of gents signets carries it in star, diagonal or geometric layouts on a flat top.
A few rings are listed for women or as unisex, so they can also suit a matching pair.
Check your size with our Size Guide before you order. If you want similar styles in gold, see men’s gold rings, or compare all men’s signet rings.
Yes, silver rings can be worn with other types of jewellery, like gold or platinum, creating a stylish layered look. Just ensure that the pieces complement each other in design and color.
Sterling silver contains 92.5% silver and 7.5% other metals, usually copper, making it more durable than pure silver, which is 99.9% silver and softer.
To prevent tarnishing, keep your silver ring clean and dry, store it in a tarnish-resistant pouch, and avoid exposure to chemicals, water, or direct sunlight.
Rings that come in sizes have a Ring Size Guide beside the size selector on the product page, with NZ/AU letter sizes, the matching US sizes and the inside measurement. If you're unsure, visit our Ōtāhuhu showroom to be sized.
