Choosing a greenstone bangle or bracelet
Most pieces here are greenstone (pounamu) bangles. A bangle has no clasp, so it has to slide over the widest part of your hand. That makes the internal diameter the key figure. Listings give it in millimetres, from about 59mm to 73mm, along with the width, from a 10mm round profile to broad 18mm half-round bands.
To compare, measure across the inside of a bangle you already wear comfortably and match it to the listing. A half-round profile is flatter on the inside and curved on the outside, while a round profile is curved all the way around.
