No — sale items can't be returned, so check the size, metal and details on the listing before you order. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, tell us straight away and we'll put it right. See our returns page.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 days across New Zealand, and standard shipping is free on orders over $100. In-stock pieces can usually be collected from our Ōtāhuhu showroom within 24 hours — choose Click & Collect at checkout.
